help me turn this fish into a big wish/you're not an island/this is the big catch/this is the big stand/and all of your backers/bad actors/return into boring sand/orange dust to orange dust/funeral for a goldfish cracker
2.
professional concessional so seasonal and reasonable/you come in right on time/you come in on the wind
3.
you can deny your morning/wish your day away/sleep all high in the afternoon and the evening leaves so soon/you can say no to forever whenever you want to break your heart/ but it will break up your mind if you hold back this time /if you hold back your mind /you hold back your mind /stubborn and pregnant silence is fine/ but it can't be fine all the time/ it's when you hold back your mind/ when your rooster is praying/a little bit of sun sun is shining you gotta re-deny your mind
4.
5.
shrink wrapped ambition/accomplished imagination/nostalgic variation/random exile/smart citation/lonely visions out in the open/ out in the oceans/ hanging on the air/ miss guided isolation/ no home/no destination/ miss guided isolatio/n she's your dilemma/ and your fixation/ O floating horror! /bring the sky down and war/ refried revolutionaries/ from the future come and save me/ coming out of the sky/ looking out waiting in the sky/ coming out from the sky /yeah/ come down from the sky /alright/
6.
so we wander off into the ether like a great bronze cloud/ not like this rattling chain/ with no memory/ no meaning/ no reflection/ mired and wired/ tried and fried
7.
as some of you know/ you were recently moved/ history rooms until someone else moves/ needless to say/ there was no recovery/ and maternity leave/ eternity please/ got lessons from a goldfish/ in lessons from a goldfish/ i am so audience from a distance/ i am so close to your skies/ it is so clear in the air now/ this should come as no surprise/maternity leave for eternity please/ obsessions of a goldfish/ taking lessons from a goldfish/ there is no outside to look for/ there is no inside to return/ there is no outside to take the fish from/ there is no inside to return/ manna falls from heaven/ manna rolls out on the breakfast table/ manna is what decides your fable/ manna is on your plate/ it is your fate
8.
Vanity takes my beauty away/ I am vain/ and I am vaguely insane
9.
When she look in the mirror/ don't she like what she see?/ I can't be any clearer/ girl I want you with me/ you take it away!/you take it away!.........
10.
al keys depresses the analgous moral/ he arrays miss guided isolation throughout a well vegetable/ the casual therapy chalks on top of the still pattern/ not within/ they are not touching/ but he is above transparently and they both can be found in the element/ on top of the pattern he attacks a fine feminist beside her known wits/ but miss guided isolation always regains the keys/ miss guided isolation always gets what she needs/ al keys is depressing with his analgous morals/ he has sprayed miss guided isolation across the universe of his closed mind/ it can be contained within a small napkin/ the casual therapy/ the writings on the wall/ there was talk they would they would never grow tall/ there was talk that it was never as small as they wanted it to be/ it echoed through history/ on top of the pattern/ he attacks a fine feminist beside her own known wits/ but miss guided isolation always holds the keys
11.
hey rider/ lonely insider/ ex-fighter/ town crier/ you hold the keys
12.
she was a fine fish/ to the bottom of the ground/ to the bottom of the sea/ i crashed my plane on the world's greatest lake/ and i swam eighteen hours/ until you saved me
13.
oh he don't go away/ he's caught up in the fray/ and he's not bright/ today is when he went away/ you know he's not right/ wasn't too bright/ it was too late to be driving/ with nowhere to be arriving/ there's no conscience left to know/ the story as it goes/ when only the moon is watching/ smoke rings in your hands/ as small as your demand/ as small as your command/ you know he's not alright but he's still surviving/ you know he's still surviving you/ when you're sitting on the fence/ and you know nowhere to go beyond/ and since you've been forgetting time/ slipping in and out of the memory line/ birds have fallen off your wire/ was a windy day/ when they flew away/ you thought about all God's children

about

This is Volume #1 of a proposed 6 volume series of 4-track recordings about ex-pugilist and goldfish, Al Keys, his abusive relationship with his addiction-addled lover, Miss Guided Isolation and their final days in Dry Town. Nicknamed "Lefty" for his injury prone and weak left arm, Al's boxing days are long since over. When he is momentarily removed from his fish bowl, a doorway opens to another world beneath the seafloor that is littered with strewn ashes of slain goldfish. The experience plunges Al into a heavy bout of depression and fatigue which he temporarily escapes through an exploration of hopelessness and debauchery with his new-found companion Miss Guided Isolation. Their lives are never the same again.
